His practice emphasis is in all aspects of podiatry, such as: specialized care of plantar fasciitis; bunion surgery; ingrown toenail removal; diabetic shoe service; diabetic foot care; laser destruction of warts; treatment of injury to the foot; general foot care; orthopedic care of the foot; orthotic devices for children and adults; pediatric foot problems; heel spur management and surgery; hammer toe correction; and care of painful corns and calluses.

We offer podiatric services ranging from the simple care and management of toenail problems to complicated reconstructive foot surgery.

Dr. Hoover provides surgical services at Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health — Lafayette Central and Lafayette, Unity Healthcare, and IU Health Arnett surgery centers. We accept Medicare assignment and IU Health Arnett health plans and are one of the preferred providers for most insurance companies.

Office hours are by appointment. To accommodate busy schedules, we offer early-morning appointments, appointments through the lunch hour, and evening appointments one night a week. A nurse is available during office hours to answer any questions. We also have a live, 24-hour answering service if it's necessary to reach Dr. Hoover after business hours.
