About Beth Miotke
Beth Miotke, PTA, ATC is a native of Lafayette and has been with Lafayette Rehabilitation Services since 2001. She received her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from the University of Indianapolis in 2000. Beth then went on to earn a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from the University of Indianapolis in 2001. Besides her responsibilities at Lafayette Rehab, Beth enjoys working part-time as a Certified Athletic Trainer, primarily for Lafayette Jefferson High School. Beth and her husband Rich (also a LRS staff member!) reside in Lafayette. They enjoy the company of their cat and two dogs. During her time away from the clinic Beth likes to spend time with her family.
