About Dr. Penman
Dr. Jeffrey Penman grew up in Pennsylvania and received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his OB/GYN Residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1990.

Dr. Penman lives in Logansport with his wife Connie. He has two children, Andrew and Jennifer. He enjoys woodworking, car restoration, waterskiing, swimming, biking, weightlifting and hiking. His practice emphasis is in endometriosis and high risk obstetrics.
