About Dr. Phillion
Dr. Norman Phillion is a Clinical Psychologist who earned his Ph.D. from York University in Toronto, Canada. Prior to joining Sycamore Associates in 2003, he was a staff Counselor with Counseling and Psychological Services at Purdue University.
