About Dr. Mahajan
Dr. Ravish Mahajan, Gastroenterologist, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Mahajan is fully participating in most of the health plans which Unity Healthcare currently participates.

Dr. Mahajan completed medical school at the University of Bombay. He did his residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago and his gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics in Columbia, Missouri. He has had numerous publications in medical journals.

Dr. Mahajan completed his fellowship training in Gastroenterology in 1997. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He has been in practice in Lafayette, Indiana since May 2006. He performs common endoscopic procedures like upper endoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy, esophageal pH testing, capsule endoscopy, PEG tube placement, etc.

Dr. Mahajan has been practicing since 1997. Prior to joining Unity, he worked at the Ochsner Clinic in the New Orleans area.
