About Rich Miotke
Rich Miotke, PTA is originally from Portage, Indiana. Rich attended the University of Indianapolis earning a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biology in 1996. Later Rich returned to school and received a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from the University of Indianapolis in 1999. Rich and his wife Beth (also a LRS staff member!) reside in Lafayette. When not working, Rich enjoys coaching soccer; playing hockey; and playing golf.
