Dr. Hagen recognized at Alpha Omega Alpha induction banquet
Robert Hagen, MD, volunteer clinical assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery at IU School of Medicine-West Lafayette, was recently presented the Volunteer Faculty Award at the IU School of Medicine Chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha induction banquet in Indianapolis.

Dr. Hagen was recognized for his exceptional contribution to the education and training of medical students. Since 1987, Dr. Hagen has been a surgeon at Lafayette Orthopaedic Clinic, a Unity Healthcare partner in Lafayette, Indiana.  He has instructed medical students at the West Lafayette campus for 20 years.

Dr. Hagen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. He completed medical school at the University of South Florida and Orthopaedic Surgery residency at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
