Dr. Arthur Rosen Participating in International Conference

March 1, 2010 - Lafayette, Indiana- Dr. Arthur Rosen, Neurologist with Heartland Neurology and Professor of Biological Sciences at Purdue University, has been invited to participate in an international conference sponsored by PIERS (Progress In Electromagnetics Research Symposium) in Xi'an, China the third week of March 2010. He will be presenting a paper titled "Effect of Static Magnetic Fields on Biological Systems", which describes his basic biophysical research begun 20 years ago at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and ongoing at Purdue University. The results of his research and the development of a mathematical model to explain these results will be discussed.
