Carlos Gambirazio, MD is Relocating to West Lafayette

Unity Healthcare is pleased to announce that on December 3, 2010, Carlos Gambirazio, MD will relocate his internal medicine practice. West Lafayette Internal Medicine, A Unity Healthcare Partner, will be located in Vintage Square at 152 Sagamore Parkway W. in West Lafayette.

Dr. Gambirazio is an internal medicine physician who has been practicing in Lafayette since 1997. Dr. Gambirazio focuses on preventing, diagnosing, and treating diseases primarily affecting adults. West Lafayette Internal Medicine will be fully participating in the many health plans, which Unity Healthcare currently participates.
