Khaled Hammoud, MD now seeing patients at Lafayette Neurology

Unity Healthcare is pleased to announce that Khaled Hammoud, MD will now see patients at his new practice, Lafayette Neurology. Lafayette Neurology's address is 1345 Unity Place, Suite 310B located in the Unity Medical Pavilion.

Dr. Hammoud has practiced in Lafayette since August 2010. Dr. Hammoud is a graduate of the Damascus University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and his Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology from the University of Chicago.

Dr. Hammoud is board certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
Dr. Hammoud has completed research in a retrospective analysis of clinical and electrophysiologic features, and prognosis in respiratory onset amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). He is a recipient of the Leon Weisberg Award for outstanding research manuscript in June 2009.
