Robert Murray, DO Joins Unity Healthcare

Unity Healthcare is pleased to announce that Dr. Robert Murray will open a new practice in Lafayette, Murray Gastrointestinal Health Services. Dr. Murray's office will begin accepting referrals on January 12, 2011.

Dr. Murray is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He dedicates his practice to endoscopic and consultative gastroenterologic services, including therapeutic Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).

Dr. Murray grew up in the Midwest and received his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri in 1984. Following medical school, he completed his internship and Internal Medicine residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Murray completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at Brooke Army Medical Center Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. In 1996, Dr. Murray left military practice and relocated his residence and medical practice to Indiana.
