UNITEDHEALTHCARE EXTENDS RELATIONSHIP WITH UNITY HEALTHCARE

UnitedHealthcare has extended its relationship with Unity Healthcare in Lafayette, giving UnitedHealthcare employer-sponsored and individual health plan customers continued in-network access to care at Unity's facilities across north-central Indiana.
