Dr. Chadha specializes in comprehensive care for the acute and chronic medical conditions for adolescents, adults and seniors. Our philosophy is to offer our patients with the highest quality standard of care during every visit. We focus on providing our patients a comfortable, compassionate, open and friendly environment while dedicating to give each patient a personalized, one-on-one treatment. We pride ourselves on education our patients about their medical conditions and raising our patient's awareness about their wellness needs. We are committed to creating long-term patient/provider personal relationships.

Dr. Chadha's office is located in West Lafayette, only about a mile from Purdue University. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and also certified by the FAA to perform Class I, II and III physicals for pilots.

We are dedicated to accommodate our patient's schedules in order to provide appointments in a timely manner, often within 24-48 hours. We accept most insurance plans.
