About Our Practice

Miracles Rehabilitation is a comprehensive Physical and Occupational Therapy facility located in West Lafayette, Indiana. We are strategically located within the Miracles Fitness complex. Miracles Rehabilitation is the only facility in the Greater Lafayette area to have two clinicians with expertise in Applied Functional Science (The Study of Authentic Human Movement). Our goal is to raise the bar and set the standard for the way physical and occupational rehabilitation should be provided. Miracles Rehabilitation is committed to improving your life and our community.

 

New Location Opening June 7th

We are pleased to announce that we will be serving patients starting June 7th.

The new location is located at:
1221 South Creasy Lane, Suite D
Lafayette, IN 47905

Our new location will allow us to more easily serve our southside and eastside patients and to be much closer to our physician referral sources located near the hospital. Our goal is to raise the bar and set the standard for the way physical and occupational rehabilitation should be provided.

Miracles Rehabilitation believes that it is essential to equip the clients they serve with a specialized 3D Functional Rehabilitation program. Programs will be designed and built upon what the body can do successfully; therefore, creating an environment that provides for optimum healing.

Miracles Rehabilitation believes that everyone has a basic need to be encouraged. It is our goal to create an environment of authentic encouragement to provide you with a positive rehabilitation experience.

Enrich
It is our hope, through Empowering and Encouraging you, Miracles Rehabilitation will enrich your life beyond our walls.
