Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanning equipment and capture diagnostic images.
- Must be able to produce high-quality imaging, and display exceptional patient care, comfort, and safety, while maintaining an orderly and clean work area promoting good safety habits for patients and coworkers.
- Maintain and monitor patient environment
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Follow the guidelines of HIPAA in maintaining patient confidentiality
Requirements & Skills
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree
- Indiana State license to work as a CT Technologist
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), CT registry preferred, not required
- Proven experience working as a CT technologist.
- 1-3 years’ Radiology Experience
- CPR and BLS certification required
- Strong IV skills are preferred
- Must have the ability to work in a highly stressed, fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player and display exceptional customer service
- Must be able to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills
