Unity seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Administrative team.
Our ideal Human Resources Coordinator will assist with all HR functions including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree along with 3+ years of Human Resources experience (healthcare experience a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and report generation is also required.
The Human Resources Coordinator will exhibit exceptional interpersonal and writing skills and ability to develop strong relationships with Physicians, practice supervisors, and staff members. Are you often praised for your ability to select the appropriate method/technique for resolving conflicts? If so, we would like to speak with you.
The Human Resources Coordinator will respond to questions regarding policies and procedures. They will manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct thorough and objective investigations. They will also work with supervisors and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention. In addition, they will assist with succession planning related to talent management.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•3+ years of experience
•Certification: SHRM and/or HRCI Certification (Preferred)
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or Applicable Field)
•Standard Schedule: M-F 8am – 5pm
