Responsibilities
- Retrieve outside imaging studies and reports
- Upload and verify imaging studies in PACS
- Confirm all required images and reports are available before the radiologist’s interpretation
- Ensure proper patient and examination within the imaging system
- Communicate with imaging centers, facilities, and internal teams as needed
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA standards
Requirements & Skills
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Previous medical office experience required
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and computer skills
- CPR certification required
