Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for facilities when technical issues occur
- Technical support efficiency on-site, via phone, or with remote assistance
- Reinstall operating systems in the event of system failures
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning computer hardware
- Diagnose and replace faulty components
- Assist with basic networking and telecommunications tasks
- Troubleshoot all application-based issues and route tickets
- Assist with various tasks that will require moving equipment and other items
- Maintain the network software library and license
- Responsible for I.T Helpdesk phone coverage
Requirements & Skills
- Associate’s degree in related computer science or comparable experience, preferred
- Apple/Mac experience is a plus
- Basic networking knowledge and an A+ certification are a plus
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must have reliable transportation and be capable of lifting 30+lbs
