IT Applications Trainer

Unity seeks an IT Applications Trainer to join our team at Unity Healthcare!

The IT Applications Trainer will be responsible for all aspects of software applications and systems training. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must for this position as the IT Applications Trainer will be leading training sessions for newly hired employees and will provide continuous training for other staff members. In addition to leading training they will be responsible for creating and maintaining instructional aids, E-Learning videos, and other training materials.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Must have the ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work utilizing time management skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently, while also part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of SQL language preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience in IT role preferred
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare industry required
  • Associate’s degree in IT, computer science, or of comparable area required

  • Standard Schedule: M-F 8am – 5pm
  • Lafayette, Indiana
