Unity seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Regional Occupation Care Center, a practice division of Unity Healthcare. Candidate will be joining a well-established practice. Occupation Medicine, Urgent Care, prior orthopedic experience, and/or Emergency Room experience preferred. Position requires traveling to off-site clinic locations.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients. Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly.
Education: A Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana. Previous experience preferred but not essential.
Our ideal Nurse Practitioner will have a strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Provider will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
