Responsibilities
- Provide quality images for interpretation through diagnostic imaging using ultrasound and Parks Flo-Lab
- Prepare and maintain diagnostic equipment and supplies.
- Implement safety standards and perform appropriate quality control procedures.
- Demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Communicate critical findings to Providers and/or notate any significant barriers that could affect ability to accurate interpret images.
- Ensure prompt submission of high-quality of all images and documents sent to PACS (image quality and patient data/history).
- Assist in maintaining clean, orderly procedure rooms and storage areas.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
Requirements & Skills
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date.
- Certificate or associate’s degree Required
- 1 year Ultrasound experience Preferred
- 1-year Vascular experience Preferred
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) – Required
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) – Obtain within one year of employment
