John D. Edwards, PT, ATC

John D. Edwards, PT, ATC has been with Lafayette Rehabilitation since 1995. He graduated from Wabash College in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in biology. After this, John went to work on a master’s degree in physical education (with an emphasis on athletic training) at Indiana University. While working on this degree, John also began working on a master’s degree in physical therapy at the University of Indianapolis — completing both in 1992. In 2014, John received the Professional Excellence in Athletic Training Award from the Indiana Athletic Trainers’ Association. John also enjoys being a sports medicine volunteer for various sporting events locally and abroad. John is currently in the volunteer medical pool for USA Wrestling and has been selected to travel with seven USA Wrestling teams. John and his wife, Krista, have two sons and reside in northern Tippecanoe County.
