Marianne Fleming, MS, PT

Marianne Fleming is a native of Milwaukee, WI.  She earned her Physical Therapy degree in 1980 from Marquette University.  She later earned a Masters of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois in 1985.  In 1986, Marianne relocated to Lafayette and in 1992 co-founded Lafayette Rehabilitation Services.  Her interest in getting people back to things they love doing has lead her to gain a certification as an Exercise Expert for the Aging Adult from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), her certification in the Joule Functional Capacity Evaluation process and a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.  Marianne enjoys working with all her patients but especially putting the “puzzle pieces” together to identify orthopedic issues that involve pelvic alignment and gait compensations, and preventing work-related injuries at home and work.   Her husband, Mike and she have 3 children and a dog.  In her spare time she enjoys taking walks with Mike and their dog, working in their garden and on the landscaping, watching their grandkids activities and reading, especially on the dock listening to the loons on the northern Wisconsin lakes.
