About Us

Miracles Sports Performance is the premier speed training and strength training facility for athletes in the Lafayette area.  We provide a comprehensive training program for athletes of all ages who want to improve their speed and strength for their sport.

Speed can be a limiting factor in many sports.  The good news is SPEED CAN BE TAUGHT.  We invite you and your child to participate in free trial session to see how we progress our athletes and help them reach their sports performance goals.  We’ve helped athletes in all ground-based speed sports, including: baseball, softball, football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, soccer, track and field, and wrestling.

Rookie: 6-10 year old athletes

The Rookie program creates a foundation in coordination, athleticism, and proper agility and sprinting mechanics. Starting a training program while young can lead to better abilities and create good habits that will carry into the future so it’s always good to begin movement training at a young age. These sessions are normally one on one or small group sessions.

Developmental: 11-14 year old athletes

The Developmental program curriculum focuses on progressive athletic movement development while introducing more speed and change of direction mechanics, progressive resistance training, and imbalance correction. This training helps young athletes minimize potential injuries as physiology and growth patterns vary greatly during these ages.  Once young athletes have the speed and strength base achieved from our progressive training you can expect them to have much better skills for their upcoming season.

Prep: 15 – 18+ year old athletes

The Prep program is designed to progressively increase strength, power, speed, and change of direction ability using much more various resistance training and speed training techniques. Advanced speed training improves the athlete’s ability to accelerate, decelerate, and change direction in any ground-speed sport. This level is ideal for those who want to play a varsity sport or hoping to play in college.

One-on-one speed and strength training is available for collegiate and adult athletes as well.
