Unity Healthcare Has A New CEO – Tom Fuller, MBA

Unity Healthcare’s Board of Managers announced today that Tom Fuller, MBA has been named CEO of its network of over 100 general and specialty physicians and healthcare providers effective March 30, 2020.

Tom brings with him more than three decades of experience in healthcare administration, several of which were here in the Lafayette area.  “Working for and being a part of the Unity Healthcare Team is an honor and privilege.  For 25 years Unity has provided outstanding healthcare to the Lafayette Community and I am extremely excited to be a part of this exceptional healthcare system,” Tom said.

In addition to having served in the Air Force, where he was a Leadership award winner and was responsible for physician relations and quality assessment; Tom earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration from Thomas More University.  His most recent role has been as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Practice Officer for Highpoint Health, where he was responsible for combined hospital operations and physician practices for 800 employees and 30 locations.
