Home Modifications for the Patient with Physical and Neurological Disabilities
Marianne Fleming, MS, PT recently attended a continuing education seminar on Home Modifications for the Patient with Physical and Neurological Disabilities. Principles of Universal and Accessible Design were discussed. These principles are being recommended for new home design and remodeling to allow people to "age-in-place" and remain as independent as possible in their homes.
