Laura Carr, MD, MPH joins Unity Immediate Care Center

Unity Healthcare is pleased to announce that Laura Carr, M.D., M.P.H. has joined the Unity Immediate Care Center. The facility is located at 1321 Unity Place at the Unity Medical Center.
Dr. Carr is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine. Dr. Carr has been the Medical Director of a community occupational medicine center in both Elkhart, Indiana and in Kentucky.
Dr. Carr is a native of Lexington, Kentucky and received her bachelor's degree in biology from Wake Forest University and completed her Medical Degree and Residency in Occupational Medicine from University of Kentucky College of Medicine.
In her spare time, Dr. Carr enjoys acrylic painting, flute, piano, flower gardening, Egyptian and Impressionist art, and world travel.
Dr. Carr will be fully participating in the many health plans, which Unity Healthcare currently participates.
